IDS Group’s approach to residential development is to enhance project features using environmentally-conscious design, develop and implement energy-efficient strategies, and avoid structuring cookie-cutter communities. Although each project is treated as a unique opportunity, we strive to incorporate best-practices to help streamline the development and construction process to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
We have provided consulting services on a broad range of housing projects that include 25 single family homes, over 125 multi-family residences, 35 senior-assisted living facilities, 54 high-rise towers or large-scale public institutional projects, seven affordable housing projects, and six mixed-use developments.
IDS Group also completed the infrastructure design for the 15,000-acre Desert Gateway Community, one of the first fully-sustainable planned communities in California incorporating transportation, recycled water, and a community power system.
